Take your palette on a journey to the Eastern Mediterranean coast at DEME. As Hotel Figueroa’s newest poolside restaurant, DEME brings a fresh and flavorful approach to Mediterranean cuisine. Our menu is rooted in bringing the essence of our ingredients to life, so we named our restaurant after Demeter — the Greek goddess of harvest, grain, and agriculture.
Headed by Executive Chef Blake Shailes (of Grandmaster Recorders and Eleven Madison Park), each dish is as bold as the restaurant’s creative ambiance. Perched above the heights of downtown Los Angeles, guests and locals alike are welcome to try specialties such as the Bluefin Tuna “Dolmades” or Slow Cooked Duck Shawarma, followed by the housemade Soft Serve. So whether you come to dine or simply want to toast with a refreshing cocktail to your LA stay, DEME is ready to welcome you in.
