Frequently Asked Questions

All reservations are subject to a nightly Hotel Amenity Fee of $30 plus tax per night. This fee includes the following benefits:

• Daily freshly brewed coffee at Bar Magnolia during breakfast hours from 7am – 11am
• Coffeemaker in all rooms, coffee replenished daily
• High Speed Internet
• Two boxed waters daily, replenished daily
• Access to heat pool and fitness center
• Discounts to local museums

Hotel Figueroa guests may check-in at 4PM. Check-out is at 12PM. Guests may opt for a complimentary late check-out up to 1PM (based upon availability) and up to 4PM for an additional half day rate. Guest must be 21 years old or older to check in.

Must be 21 years of age or older. State or Government Issued Photo I.D. is required at check-in. Credit card must be provided for incidental deposit.

Our concierge can assist with car service ($110.00 flat rate) or taxi cab (approx. $50-$75). Arrangements must be made at least two hours in advance by contacting the concierge at concierge@hotelfigueroa.com or by calling 213-317-3044.

We are pleased to assist with your luggage at no additional cost.

Hotel Figueroa’s 24-Hour Fitness Center is available 24/7. You may access the fitness area on the 2nd floor with your room key. Equipment includes two treadmills, an elliptical machine, free weights, kettlebells, a FTS glide functional strength trainer, yoga mats and medicine balls. Towels, fresh fruit, water and headphones are available for your convenience. Private yoga classes and fitness trainers are available upon request. There is also one restroom with no shower.

Hotel Figueroa offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi.

Guests: We are pleased to partner with Brand Enhance Parking to offer overnight valet parking for $49 plus tax, per day.
Patrons: Daily Parking Rates: $15 for the first two hours, $5 dollars for each 30 minutes thereafter. Maximum rate: $40 plus tax.
Restaurant & Lounge Parking: First three hours – $18. Each 30 min after – $10. Max Rate – $53.90.
Hotel Visitors: First three hours – $18. Each 30 min after – $10. Max Rate – $53.90.

Hotel Figueroa is 100% smoke free hotel. ($500 will be charged if smoking is detected.)

Cancel by 4:00 PM Pacific Time Zone (PT), 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 Night Penalty. There may be additional applicable charges and taxes.

At Hotel Figueroa, we understand your pets are your family members, and welcome dogs under 50 lbs to stay.   A Non-refundable fee of $50 will be applied per stay, and we will ask you to sign a pet friendly waiver at check-in
